Pair Training
Designed for two people training alongside a personal trainer, with each individual following their own personalised programme tailored to their goals, physical abilities, and specific needs. Differences in age, fitness level, or gender are never a limitation, as every training plan is fully adapted to the individual, ensuring a safe, effective, and personalised experience for both clients.
Group Training
Ideal for small groups with similar goals, fitness levels, and physical profiles. Sessions are designed for up to three people following a shared training programme, always under the guidance of a personal trainer. Your trainer manages the session and equipment setup, provides expert instruction, corrects technique, and offers individual feedback to each participant—ensuring every workout is safe, effective, and engaging.
Online Personal Training:

- Ideal for those seeking close and personalized support, without the need to leave the comfort of home or waste time travelling.
- The training plan is carefully adjusted to the space available, existing equipment, and, of course, each client’s physical capacity and goals.
